The Keto Diet has proven effective for many people and it may work for you. I’m not on that diet plan, but I do enjoy a good Keto recipe. This one is very easy to make and the whole family will love it. I know the recipe title makes no mention of the pork sausage, but it’s a silent ingredient. LOL
For this meal, there is some pre-preparation involved such as steaming the broccoli, and browning the beef and pork. Read the instructions in full before you start.
This recipe should only take you 15 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook and will be ready to eat after cooling for 5 minutes. (30 minutes in total)

For this recipe, I portioned it into 1/8 pan portions. These are good sized portions for adults and half of these will do fine for children. Once you’ve tasted this, you’ll be super tempted to eat a second portion. You can do this only if you have calories remaining for the day. These portions will give you about 576 calories, 12g carbs, 42g protein, and 41g fat. If you’re avoiding sodium, consider omitting the salt. If you want this spicier, I suggest adding diced peppers in during the meat browning process.
